In this online workshop, Dawn teaches how to wet felt a double-wrapped lariat necklace adorned with beaded poppy flowers, leaves full of luster, and fun flower pods. You’ll create a strong base cordage, then customize your lariat layout with as many of each felted floral elements as you desire!
